EFT or “tapping”, stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and is a science-based mind body tool that works by tapping on specific parts of the body to reduce stress and cortisol levels in the body. This powerful technique can change your emotional state in a matter of minutes and can be used in various areas to improve emotional wellbeing in the workplace and in your overall life. This purposeful pause is led by a certified EFT Tapping practitioner who specializes in stress and burnout. The technique is a blend of traditional Chinese medicine and modern psychology. The techniques you will learn work the same way as acupuncture but without the needles by tapping on meridian points, points on the face, head and body.
